Location: North Scottsdale

This was a great remodel which was co-designed by Roger Hagener and Tracy Hosobe. The Client’s had re-located from Northern California, and really wanted bring that look to our desert. This was not an easy task because of our climate, but Tracy was up for the challenge. Tracy hails from Northern California as well.

Roger designed all of the hardscape items, which included a complete remodel of the swimming pool with elevated sundecks, a firepit, and a new putting green. Materials included block with stucco, concrete pavers, and travertine.

With most of the hardscape items in, the project really started to take shape. And as soon as the premium plant material, sod, and new putting green were installed, the transformation was complete. The lighting package enhanced the atmosphere at night. And the patio furniture purchased by the homeowner’s complemented the project and fulfilled a great outdoor living area.
